Memories of smells may result in new methods for early detection of dementia
Odors, fragrances, stench are all around us, yet we don’t know much about how these sensory impressions affect the human brain. But we might use them to be healthier. As a Wallenberg Academy Fellow, Jonas Olofsson will find out more about how we store memories of smells. Among other things, the research may result in new methods for early detection of dementia.
